Pack the Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel and provide a pickup receipt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement pair will be dispatched.
